These terms govern your use of PesoBet at pesobet-official.com. By registering, you accept them. Last updated: June 2026. Read them before you deposit.

One account per person, household, IP address and payment method. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure, and for all activity under your account. Notify us at [email protected] immediately if you suspect unauthorised access. Accounts found to be duplicates may be closed and associated bonus winnings voided.
3. Verification (KYC)
We are required to verify identity, age and source of funds. Withdrawals are not processed before verification completes. Providing false information is grounds for account closure and forfeiture of bonus funds.

Withdrawals are returned to the method used to deposit wherever possible. We may request additional documentation for large or unusual transactions in line with anti-money-laundering obligations.

6. Fair Play
Game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators, audited independently. Any attempt to exploit a fault, use prohibited software, or collude with other players results in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds. Where a technical malfunction affects a game round, that round is void.
7. Licence
PesoBet operates under an international gaming licence. We are not PAGCOR-domestic licensed. Accessing the platform is your decision, and you are responsible for ensuring it is lawful for you to do so.
8. Taxes
Under the Philippine NIRC, winnings above ₱10,000 may be subject to 20% income tax. PesoBet does not withhold Philippine tax. Meeting your tax obligations is your responsibility.
9. Responsible Gaming
Deposit limits, loss limits, session reminders, cooling-off periods and self-exclusion are available in account settings. Once a self-exclusion is set, it cannot be reversed before the period expires. See our Responsible Gaming page.
10. Complaints
Contact [email protected]. We acknowledge within 72 hours. Unresolved disputes may be escalated to the independent dispute resolution service named in the site footer.
11. Changes
We may amend these terms. Material changes will be announced on pesobet-official.com. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
